Our bulk mince and sausages are available to order by the kilo, with or without organ meat added. If ordered with organ meat we will add approximately 20% liver, kidney and heart to the mince.

For pre-packed, ready to freeze mince or sausages, please visit our order forms for individual cuts of beef or lamb.

Please note bulk mince and sausages come in a bag, ready for you to portion and freeze as you desire.

If you would prefer to buy your mince or sausages in pre-packed trays ready for freezing, please visit our order form for individual cuts of meat (either lamb or beef).
