Bulk Mince & Sausages Order Form

Our bulk mince and sausages are available to order by the kilo, with or without organ meat added. If ordered with organ meat we will add approximately 20% liver, kidney and heart to the mince.

Please note minimum order for bulk mince and sausages is 5kg. Your order will come in a bag, ready for you to portion and freeze as you desire.

If you would prefer to buy less than 5kg or you would prefer your mince or sausages in pre-packed trays ready for freezing, please visit our order forms for individual cuts of meat (either lamb or beef).

Our bulk sausages are gluten free and contain rice and/or potato flour. If you would prefer to purchase 100% meat sausages with only organic herbs and salt added please visit our order forms for individual cuts of meat (either lamb or beef). Our additive free sausages are provided in 1kg packs.

Please note pickup from Adelaide is on the first Friday of the month. We also do monthly delivery runs to the southern suburbs & Fleurieu areas.
